Ancient Thebes, today's Luxor, holds more of the world's monuments than any city on earth. On this private day trip you trade the crowds for the undivided attention of your own Egyptologist, travelling in a chauffeured, air-conditioned car at a pace set entirely by you.
You'll stand among the towering columns of Karnak, descend into the painted tombs of the Valley of the Kings, and look up at Queen Hatshepsut's temple carved into the cliffs. Lunch is served beside the Nile, the lifeline of Egypt, with an optional felucca sail to close the day on the water.

How early is the pickup?
Very early, usually before sunrise, as Luxor is around four hours from Hurghada by road.
